Some New Quilts

I just finished this quilt top. I can't wait to finish the whole thing. It will be for my 26th Grand baby.
I hand quilted it with pink crochet thread and it turned out darling.

This next quilt was for Nikki.

I  do love to quilt I feel like it is like painting a picture
with all of the colors and textures
it is so fun.

I will post Sissy's and Becky's as soon as I take a picture of them.

Updates on The Broken Window and The Boat.

Remember this window and the story about the BB gun?
If not go to this blog to find out what happened.

This is the Update on that story.

We have really big winds here and if you
live near a canyon there are really, really
BIG winds.
Yep, you guessed it the wind blew so hard that it
knocked the broken glass out of the window
in the middle of the night and
scared everyone to pieces!

I'm so glad that no one was hurt and that I wan't there.

And remember the boat it has hatched into a
1996 Cadillac DeVille
like this one
because of very kind people
with big hearts.
And it runs.

Then why does he speak Mexican?

Some more of my "Christmas Animals".
The principal got a phone call and in essence the caller wanted to know
"Why the school had just hired a Mexican" to be
Vice Principal?
Well since that boy is one of mine I can assure you that he was
born in the USA and doesn't need
a green card.
The principal tried his best
to explain.
Her reply was
"Then why does he speak Mexican?"

You can laugh, I am still laughing. :)

(He speaks Spanish and Portuguese)

But it is best not to judge to quickly who has
a green card and who doesn't, that is
for sure and for certain.

Grammy T.
